[RBG7-L] - Launch Command

I am having the strangest problem with launch.    Using a website address pulling from the database,   LAUNCH .vwebadd  (works from a speed button)   If I run the form from the R prompt, all works perfectly, but when I call the same form inside my app, it hangs up Rbase.  (program not responding)  It appears ?? from the task bar that rather than opening the internet connection it is launching another Rbase. I am not saying it does, just appears that way on the task bar.   Makes no sense to me.   I have run out of ideas.   Dick Fey Carpet Broker Inc.
