John,

You can still PRINT to a file with the APPEND option if using R:BASE
for DOS, as you are used to.

I used to use this to print a number of reports to a single file within
a while statement using a cursor to step through a list .

You can still print a number of reports to a single file within a WHILE
statement using a CURSOR to step through a list, using do that using
R:BASE for DOS (versions 3.x 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, and 7.x).

does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can do this now to end up
with a number of reports in a single PDF file ?
