Randy,
Not exactly.
What about adding a feature for text or note fields similar
to that available in the help files:
R:Index
R:Search
R:Favorites
Initially the files must be processed. Thereafter, keywords
and phrases are shown alphabetically in the left column, with
the context shown in the right panel.
A search entry is processed similar to the computer's search
option. Rather than specifying a file, perhaps a table or
column could be selected.
Great Ideas!
Is it possible that a certain record or group of records could
be tagged as "favorites?" This could be nothing more than
another way to create a view...
Hmmmmm ...
Index/Search application: I have a database consisting of
stories of people whose health conditions have improved.
People with similar conditions may wish to see how they did
it. Sometimes there are numerous related conditions and
medications mentioned. It would be useful to create a
glossary from the text without having to hand code each
entry for the condition, part of the body, or medicine.
That would be a GREAT R:Presentation at the R:Conference!
