[RBG7-L] - unloading 3.1 to load into 7.1

When unloading a table from an older ver of rbase (3.1), I get an odd 
character at the end of the file, a square, that causes an error when 
loading into 7.1 .
It doesn't really screw up the load but I usually do have to go back to 
the table after the load and delete the empty row.

Is there a way to get rid of the char during the unload and  avoid this 
extra step.
