Technically, the Label Designers in R:BASE 7.1, 7.5 and V-8 Turbo for
Windows are sub-sets of Report Designer with exclusive stuff related to
manage labels only, while the non-related stuff such as Breaks, RH, PH,
PF, RF, etc., are disabled. I don't see a single reason to use the
capabilities of breaks in Labels while everything can be achieved by
using the "Columnar Report" option of Report Designer.
