[RBG7-L] - connecting to a second database

I want one rbg7 database to connect to another rbg7 database to do a 
simple lookup, (no insert, updates or deletes) both databases live in 
the same directory on the same server.
Do i use rbase odbc driver and  SCONNECT to do this?
