bytes; compressed 15,951.

After turning the setting to OFF, you also have to make sure that
you open all related forms in Form Designer and then save it. Now
those forms will be saved without being compressed.

Tip:

If you need to see the difference in the stored size of a form
with "Use Compression" ON/OFF, try the following:

BROWSE * FROM SYS_FORMS3

Simply mouse over to the SYS_DATA cell and notice the dynamic
display of actual size of that particular form in bytes.

Use the same technique on form with and without compression.
You'll know the actual difference in size.
