John,

I am currently working in 7.5 but I just did a quick form in 7.1 and the command worked fine.

When you say 'region' do you mead 'scrolling region'? If so make sure your 'scrolling region' is set for the proper table.

You are using the proper command. It isn't working, something else is going on.

John,

I use the same technique and it works properly with the command you listed.

My form is PO and the 2 tables are POHead and PODetail. Make sure you have your

form settings for one to many.

Subject: [RBG7-L] - Add row property

I have a form that contains a region for editing data in a table named purchase. Outside of the region I have a Speed Button that when selected fires an EEP to add a new row.  I am trying to use the following property within the EEP to add the row and it is not working.

PROPERTY TABLE purchase 'APPEND'

PROPERTY TABLE PURCHASE 'REFRESH'

If I use the predefined “Add Row” within the Speed Button it works OK.  However, I need to issue other property commands along with the Add Row so I need to do it from within a Custom EEP.

Am I using the wrong property command? (version 7.1 final build)
