[RBG7-L] - Static Text Rotation

OK.

Maybe a duh but I sure cant seem to get a Static Text to stay rotated. 
I can get the DB Label and the Variable Label to rotate and stay.
Follow the same steps for the Static Text and it keeps resetting to 0.

Anyone else have this challenge?
