Marc,
I believe in order to really get mulit-line in a pause you really need to
use a variable such as
SET VAR vMsg = +
('Line 1:'+(CHAR(009))&'Message of Line
1'+(CHAR(013))+'Line2:'+(CHAR(009))&'Message of Line2'+(CHAR(013)))
PAUSE 2 USING .vMsg

P.S. the word wrap settings of email may have screwed this syntax up ;)
