I get the following message in the right-hand pane of help anywhere (F1,
Shift-F3, clicking Help) in R:Base 7.1:

Internet Explorer
The tabs (Contents,Index, Search, etc) on the left work properly in RB
and in IE both panes work fine.
How can I get the Help text to display again in RB 7.1?
