Thanks for the "heads up."   That little change in the ID QUOTES in the
database of origin fixed my issue.

Ned, check the IDQUOTE setting in the db and in the header for the table 
dump. If they disagree, you will get a syntax error because of the 
idquote character being taken as a literal.
