Check to make sure that the "Form Table Settings" allow
the option for "Add New Row to the Table".
Here's how:
01. Form Designer | Main Menu | Tables | Add/Remove Tables...
02. Main Table | Table Settings | Row Settings ...
[ ] Add New Row to the Table
That's all there is to it!
