Robert, Did you know that using the latest version of R:BASE 7.5 and V-8 Turbo for Windows, you can achieve your goal of designing a "master" application which can connect/disconnect database(s) and then RUN anything you wish for that database, using the application designer menu form? You can use R:BASE Application Designer Main Form, (.RBA) without being associated with any database, just like a Switchboard! Here goes another RBG75/RBG8 "un-documented" feature. Tip: Before creating a SwitchBoard Application, make sure that you are not CONNected to any database. This will create an independent application with all the power and features of R:BASE Application. This is the R:BASE you have always wanted! Very Best R:egards, Razzak.
