You can kind of fake it by doing this

1) Create an Round image using Paintshop Pro
2) Create a new form in rbase
3) Set the form background color to "BackGround"
4) Put you image on the form and set it to "Transparent"
5) Run the form

This works as long as the background is a solid color.
