That is heartening (tho' the Bombadil is out for me, not because of the dual tts, but because it won't take 622X60s with fenders, and because it has (does it not?) vertical dropouts. But I would love an off road bike with comfortable frame, 11" high bb with 60s, and build that would allow me to set it up like a road bike, but with bars 2" higher (ie, level with saddle). Oh, heck, might as well include a disk brake compatible fork; I'll run a fixed 63 inch or so. Or perhaps a coaster brake rear ....?
