At $26 to $50 they look like a bargain. Didn't notice if that was for each bag or "one horses worth" but even per bag it ain't bad. You could invest in a lot of customizing at that price.
For cycling, my question would be the weight. Since the horse folks are dealing with about 10X as much power as most of us, weight's probably not a big concern. I'd also guess that they'd lean toward extra-heavy-duty materials & construction since the trail riding world is pretty rough with brush, rocks, etc. Let us know what you learn.
