I know that there is the recommendation that the tire width and fender width should be about a 10mm difference. If the Paselas run a little small, it seems like Pasela 28s would fit nicely under the small fender. So would the Ruffy Tuffys. I really want to use these fenders! They've been in my closet for more than a year! I just hope the ride is not too harsh (compared to my CdlVs and Pasela 32s on the Quickbeam, which will be swapped for Jack Browns soon).
