The reports I have heard suggest the Maxi Cars ride as smooth as
anything made with minimal resistance. They are also supposed to be
very durable.

I cannot see using them on my camper as I tend to get into some pretty
messy conditions and ride long distance on crushed limestone trails in
Illinois and Wisconsin. I think I could build them up and use them on
the commuter for weekend rides.

Of course if I could find someone to take one very nice, but redundant
(for me), bike off my hands I could build a randonneur around those
MaxiCars.
