I talked to Kirk a couple months ago when I was building up my
Rawland. He has plans for a 43mm knobby, but no idea when he will (be
able) to pull the trigger.  Yes, it would be an option; a fine one, in
my estimation, given the lack of smaller knibblies for this wheelsize.
 So many Salukis, Bleriots, Kogswells, etc. would fit 'em.

It runs the Quasi for sure; I rode it for a few weeks with that tire.
Not sure about the Neo. Semi-educated guess: too wide, and maybe too
close for comfort in the height department too.
