>From the website on BBS sold by RBW: An excellent, trouble-free bottom bracket and a great value. It installs easily (with this tool), is sealed, and you'll likely get 15,000 miles out of it. We can't say they'll work for sure with a crank you have...but if it's a Japanese crank with a square taper and the current spindle seems about the same length as the ones here, it's a good bet. They work great with the Sugino XD-2.
Sizing: Non-Rivendell Road bikes with three chainrings and no bowed-out chainstays: 110mm. Any bike with bowed-out, but not ultra bowed-out chainstays: 113mm or 115mm. Rivendell models except the Atlantis: 113mm. The Atlantis: 107mm. ________________________________ From: Seth Vidal <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Monday, January 26, 2009 1:38:57 PM Subject: [RBW] bb size and sugino xd2 I'm getting multiple conflicting information from the intertubes so I thought I'd ask here. For a new atlantis using the sugino xd2 - what size bb do I want? 107? 110? 113? If I was interested in going with the double+chainguard cranks like for the quickbeam would the bb size change?
