I don't think there is much anyone could do if you had decals made
later or even if you purchased your own and had them applied. I don't
think however that a business can advertise and market a trademarked
name/product without paying a royalty if it were even available.
Profiting off someones intellectual/creative property without
compensating them is a big no no.

As an aside, I received  my e-mail update too.  Now if I could just
figure a way to afford a 'Sam Hill' frame without jeopardizing
my ability to make the house payment. I love the color as it would
match my bags (sorry I am a bag matcher too)  and the tubing is stout
enough for my weight and more affordable than an Atlantis. I've quite
a few parts and it would be an easy build.  Darn money, can't live
with it and can't live without it!
