I got it powder coated "sherlock forest green" for $80.00 (including
kickstand) at Olympic Powder Coat down in Santa Ana. They were really
nice and did an amazing job. Although, I would do anything to get the
head tube painted a cream color, but that alone would cost more than
it did to paint the whole bike.

About the handlebar angle, I've been meaning to rotate it, I noticed I
was getting sores on the inner side of my index knuckle above the web
of my thumb, it was because my hands were slipping down and putting
too much pressure on the lever hoods. If I'm right, the angle of the
ramp should be pretty much completely horizontal on the Noodle, yeah?
