Great to have choices, eh!  I would choose from the above based on what else
you would do with it other than Brevets.   Going to be riding a lots of
trails and want more of a mtn. bike with fat tires or light/heavy touring:
Go with the Atlantis.  Going to be doing more road rides, credit card
touring, then the Hilsen.  Although each bike can do either, I think they
lend themselves to one side of the continuum or the other.

That said, there's also the Sam Hillborne to consider!
