Thanks all! To answer some questions:
1) Yellow Tressorstar tape, amber shellac. It only took 2 rolls and about a third of a can of Bullseye shellac. 2) The color of the bike is supposed to be butterscotch. Initially I hated it, but I like it now. I got the frame in the homeless section of the Riv site, so I didn't choose the color. Now, if I could choose I'd want pea-green. 3) The bars were in a recent BQ. I got them from the VBQ website. And Jan was nice enough to send me a second set free since the first one disappeared in the mail. They're a copy of a 1940's bar originally from AVA.
