As I said, I'm really not a fan of the Facebook.  It does offer a geographic
"grouping" function, though.  That would really be the only compelling
characteristic to me.

Riv-type ride announcemnts are absolutely appreciated and on-topic in this
list - I don't want to give anyone the impression otherwise.
