Yes, though it depends on you requirement of "low Q". I have a TA
Zephyr @156mm Q, and a Sugino AT which is about the same now that the
original BB was shot and I had to use Shimano 127mm cartridge BB. It
was originally about 150mm. I notice no difference though. I consider
these low Q these days, as the only current ones I know of are the
custom triples from Zinn/HS Cycles @ about 156mm(I asked them), and
the TA Carmina http://www.specialites-ta.com/produits/ped_car_gb.htm
(click on the "more product info" for specs, "factor Q" at the bottom,
multiply x2 for Q) ) , which is about the same. Neither is
inexpensive, but they are top quality. TA Cyclotourists never worked
for me as in the longer length's they were like wet noodles, rubbing
the dérailleur constantly from flex. LOL! Maybe in shorter length's
they're okay?

Then there's always ebay. This last winter I've seem the old Ritchey
low Q cranks, Sugino AT's, and a nice almost new Shimano 600 triple
from the 80's when they were near straight arms. I tried to bid on
some of these but the prices ended up going over $150 for most, more
if they were in great shape. I'm glad I didn't because I really do
prefer 185mm's or more!
