I was hardly trying to imply that Tucson is a crime-ridden pestilent hole. However, after living here for 30 years, my personal experience leads me to believe that public investment in facilities are frequently subjected to considerable loss and misuse. Have you lived in Tucson, or was your remark that the original post "is pretty much BS", simply a glib assessment?
