I have two of them in bikes in at home, and will be happy to pull one up and measure it later. I like the look of the Dynamic better than that of the Technomic, but both are excellent stems.

On other websites, there are two dimensions: 78mm which appears to be the distance from the top of the quill to the insertion line, and 45mm which appears to be the distance from the insertion line to the bottom of the quill. Since the two dimensions don't add up to 145mm, maybe the 78mm and 45mm measure something else, or perhaps the measurements are just taken differently.
