Yeah, I ran 35mm tires on mine for a while--it made the bike actually feel a bit livlier for some reason. The newish Tektro "big mouth," brakes give enough clearance to remove them, FWIW... Steve

They do indeed fit and man are they fun to ride. Yes, you have to let air out to get them past the brakes, but when you flat a tire, the air is already out. The RBW chart lists 33 as the max tire size in the smaller frames, and 37 in the larger (700 mm) wheel frames.
