Before you attempt cassette carrier (the body) replacement, try turning 
the cogs around and pedal on the other side of the teeth.
The UG cogs are twist teeth and are symmetrical.  You can't do this 
with the smallest cog but you can with all the others.
Sheldon tells about this somewhere in his writings.
