Esteban, That's outstanding. I too have Hilsenized my Ram, or maybe I should say JackBrownized. There seems to be no going back, those tires are so good.
It's not hard but it's a tiny bit of a project to make it work: you either need brake levers with extra QR or the new Tektro big mouth brake to make it work. If you go with normal Shimano brakes and levers with the extra QR, you still have to set up the brakes with the barrel adjuster most of the way up. Taking off the wheel then requires turning the barrel all the way CW and releasing both QR's, but I've got no problem with all of that.
