Admitting that I've never ridden a Bombadil, I would agree with Andrew's advice. If 68 cm Atlantis was what the OP had in mind, then 64 cm Bombadil would perform its duties admirably. Many accounts I've heard have said that the Bombadil performs on the road as a great touring bike. If I did my math right, the 64 cm Bombadil would fit just like a 68 cm Atlantis used to. On such a large bike, it seems the extra top tube will help a lot. (Rivendell has been adding tubes to bikes that large for a long time.) It seems that the 64 cm Bombadil would function like an Atlantis+. (Extra dirt capability being the +, and without sacrificing touring capability.)

I'll bet Bruce Gordon would be able to fix you up with a Rock 'n Road 
Tour in that amount of time.  The sizing on this bike is a fooler: the 
size you want is usually around 10cm smaller than what you'd take on a 
traditional level top tube frame.  What could it hurt to ask?
