Although I enthusiastically welcome a lightweight road bike in Riv's
lineup and have been arguing for the return of an RB-1 style bike, for
me the name "Roadeo" is absolutely and unequivocally a deal-breaker,
unless the frames are painted in such a way that the decals could be
removed.

While most of RBW's puns are innocuous, this one raises for me a whole
host of negative connotations, chief among them the unnecessary and
cruel subjugation of animals for human "sport."

As a committed cosmopolitan, I am certainly no fan of cowboy culture
generally. But the rodeo is one specific practice that I find
particularly offensive, and I cannot in good conscience spend money to
further validate it, no matter how tongue in cheek Riv's moniker may
be intended.
