looking at the elevation charts/profile, the ride looks quite flat -
in fact, it seems like the whole ride has a general downward trend.
hang on to your hat on Day 1 - looks like a fun descent!!

fixed gear/ss riding is really a personal thing - on that terrain, i'd
probably want to be around 70 gear inches fixed or 65 gear inches
single speed.

ride what what you're comfortable with, knowing that it's relatively
flat, there are no long climbs and mainly just some speed bumps along
the way.  don't know how windy it gets down there, but that's
something to keep in mind too.  wind is worse than hills on a single
speed.

can't imagine you need lower gearing than what you have, so get
everything dialed in and enjoy the ride!!
