You could have any number of ti builders custom make a frame with Riv
geometry. It should be noted that most of Riv frame geometries are on
the website or you could copy one from a nice "sports touring" frame
from the 80s. Don't forget the low bb.
Depending on your budget, you can get nice Chinese-made ti frame from
someone like Habanero (Harris Cyclery sells these frames) starting at
about $1K (see cyclocross/touring frames at www.habcycles.com) up to
others like Litespeed, Moots, Bill Holland, IF, even Seven to name a
