I built that stem myself, over 20 years ago. I was inspired by a combination of bullmoose bars and Alex Moulton bicycles. Made for quite a light stem with good triangulation...and a great conversation piece! When I ordered the Bombadil, I sent the stem to Keven at Riv to get it painted along with the frame. Why be normal? cheers, Andrew
