Doug, Thanks! You have a way with brief words packed with wisdom. The Atlantis had a small set back the front derailleur was problematic but I should have it worked out this weekend. Because I used a Phil Wood BB the spindle can be either biased non or drive side making adjustment tricky. The solution is to set the drive side spindle at 23mm from the drive side BB shell edge. It'll be photographed soon.
