I was planning to make my own, but came to the realization that I want to use my saddle bag sooner than I'll actually motivate to get to the hardware store and make one.
I don't need the quick release if you want to keep it and save me some cash. I'm in Oakland, CA and will just pick up a new one from Riv next week if nobody has a used one. Thanks.
