I know it sound strange to say but I actually have better luck with foreign sellers on eBay. Because they're the folks that are seeking to take Walmart out of the equation and sell direct to first world buyers. I have no problem buying stuff direct from China. Hong Kong, Singapore, etc, for cheap on eBay. If it never shows up, oh well, I'm not out much money anyway. But so far I've had pretty good luck.
