Bagels have a ton of calories - I've been trying to stay away from them
lately.

Portion control is key for me.  Doesn't matter so much what I eat but
moreso how much of it I eat.  Granted, I do try to stay away from red meats
and fried foods.  I need to weigh myself and see how I've been doing since
I've really been focusing on not overeating these last few weeks.  I have a
1000K on Memorial Day weekend and the less weight I am carrying, the better.
