Yes. :) The make those as well as Grand Bois, Bruce Gordan R&R, Rivendell, Soma, Pacenti, and I might have forgotten some. One good example of this is the SomaX Ocean Air Cycles co venture - the Soma CLine. The Cline is essentially a supple 38mm folding version of the Pasela 700x37c tire but with no added flat protection (low pressure and careful riding do enough for many folks) and the tread from the 35mm Pasela, with multiple color options.
All of the tire lines I mentioned above have some grand-slam-dunks. Find some that fit the bikes you ride and give them a go.
