Peter,

Herculean effort of you to get stuff sent out!  I've been there before 
where i've been delayed shipping stuff out.  I blame amazon et.al on being 
so good at getting us stuff that we feel hyper sensitive to send things out 
ASAP.  Sometimes we forget that we're just people and not a big corp. and 
it should take us a little extra time.  But good on you for trying so hard!
