BTDT.  I spoke w/Keven (you could email, I suppose), and he gave me a choice of 
builders they use for repairs.  I picked one (PM me for the reason), and RBW 
sent over the new bits - new fork and decals.  Bike needed new tubing from the 
S&S couplers forward, and a new fork.

Bike came back all shiny and fixed.  I was quite pleased with the whole process.
