Awesome Trevor,

How did they do the matt black finish? Wet paint or powder coat? And: is
there a clear coat on it as well? Decals under the clear coat or on top? I
love the matt or semi-matt look -- my first "adult" bike was semi-matt
black --- a '95 Stump Jumper Comp -- still mourned after being pinched off
my front porch one night. I also have a VO Polyvalant MK.1, which, is
semi-matt black. The VO is a Taiwanese frame and probably a powder coat.
The decals are on top --- the metal "matrix" (ha!) Stumpy likely was, too,
come to think about it

Any details you can share would be greatly appreciated … jsk
