Monica, so sorry to hear this, I'm in Berkeley, too. The first place I would check is Karim on Telegraph just north of Ashby. A shady place that gets stolen bikes brought in for cheap every day. Also, check the Ashby BART flea market this weekend, many riders have found their stolen bikes for sale there.
