OK, so I read all the food part of Eat Bacon Don't Jog, and one thing Grant
recommended super highly is canned little fish. The smaller ones are
fattier and don't bio-accumulate mercury as much by living a long time or
by eating other fish. At some other point he talked about bell peppers
being on the good list. So, for lunch today I had Portuguese smoked
sardines as the inside of the sandwich, sort of wrapped in grilled bell
peppers. Half a sardine per bite. It was really good. I've never been a
canned fish guy, so this was a little outside my comfort zone, but I lived.
