Related, a bit- Bought the book, loved it, am trying to adapt. I still find it expensive to feel fully sated going low/no carb. Lentils and brown rice gets protein in cheaper when you take a while to feel full. 3 slices of bacon doesn't feel as filling as an apple and a bunch of almond butter and as effective for energy. Any tips for someone trying to keep his food budget reasonable and get ketogenic?
