I agree that people on the forum are honest and good people from my interactions with them, it's just frustrating when things don't go as planned. I am sorry that Peter ended up in the hospital but this saga is a source of ongoing frustration for me. So I am bumping the thread to the top of the list again.
I bought the frame in the OP and it was to be my wife's late Christmas gift. Well I had 4 or 5 boxes of parts roll in from various sources and my wife was not looking happy that I was buying so many bike parts for myself. I finally had to level with her about a week ago that all the parts were actually for her and that I had gotten her a new frame for Christmas. Now she is excited but it's still not here. A couple of days ago the powdercoated Tanaka fenders that match the frame showed up from Soma.
