I think you qualify as long-legged. I'm just shy of 6'-2", with a pbh of 87cm, and have been keeping my eye out for one of those elusive 56cm Hunquapillar's too. ;-)
In all seriousness - faced with the same dilemma, I'm interested in your impressions if you get the opportunity to try both the 54 and 58, and in hearing what you decide on. I hope you'll report back.
